Design Specifications

The chicken house is designed with dimensions of 55 meters in length, 10 meters in width, and 4 meters in height. It provide ample space for accommodating the required number of chicken cages and facilitating proper ventilation and airflow within the facility.

H Type Chicken Cage Selection

The chosen cage type is the H type chicken cage, renowned for its space efficiency and suitability for large-scale egg production. Each H type chicken cage is configured with 4 tiers and 4 doors. And it allow for the comfortable housing of 192 chickens per set. To accommodate 20,000 chickens, a total of 105 sets of H type chicken cages are installed within the chicken house.

Layout Configuration

The H type chicken cages are arranged in three rows within the chicken house, with each row accommodating 35 sets of cages. This layout ensures optimal space utilization and facilitates easy access for maintenance and monitoring activities.
