H-Type Cage System
Configuration: H-type 5 tiers broiler cages.
Capacity: Each cage set holds 260 broilers.
Arrangement: 5 rows with 81 sets of cages per row, totaling 405 sets.
Total Capacity: 105,300 broilers.
Automated Feeding System
Equipment: One automated feeding device per row.
Feed Storage: A feed tower outside the chicken house with a capacity of 21 tons.
Waste Management
Manure Removal: A manure cleaning trench at the end of the chicken house.
Trench Size: Specifically designed for efficient installation and operation of manure conveyor belts, facilitating easy transportation of waste outside the chicken house.
Ventilation
System: Installation of fans and cooling pads outside the chicken house.
Purpose: To maintain a balanced internal temperature, ensuring the broilers’ comfort and health.
