In the endeavor to optimize poultry farming efficiency and welfare, we propose a ground-based broiler farming system for accommodating 10,000 broilers within a spacious barn measuring 75*10*2.5M. This 10000 Broilers Poultry Flooring System Design aims to maximize space utilization while ensuring the comfort and health of the broilers.

Key Components

Poultry Flooring System:

The barn will be equipped with a sturdy and easy-to-clean poultry flooring system conducive to the well-being of broilers. This flooring system ensures adequate support and traction, preventing injuries and facilitating waste management.

Automatic Broiler Feeder:

An automated feeding system will be installed to ensure timely and consistent delivery of feed to the broilers. The system will be designed to minimize feed wastage and encourage natural feeding behaviors among the broilers.

Poultry Drinking Systems:

Advanced poultry drinking systems will be integrated to provide broilers with easy access to clean and fresh water. The placement of water lines will be strategically planned to ensure uniform distribution throughout the barn.

Layout and Configuration

Each square meter of the barn will accommodate approximately 15 broilers, ensuring ample space for movement and natural behavior.

The barn will be divided into sections, with three feeding lines and four water lines running across the length of the structure.

Automatic broiler feeder: To optimize space utilization, the feeding and water lines will be staggered, with an interval of 1.2 meters between each line.

Poultry drinking systems: The spacing between feeding trays will be maintained at 0.75 meters, while the distance between drinking nozzles will be set at 0.25 meters.
